American Express Travel Services - Anyone Use?

I just got a letter in the mail from AmEX Travel Services. I figure they're a reputable company - maybe I should use them as my travel agent? They are located in Garden City. http://travel.americanexpress.com/travel/personal/resources/planning/experts/listing.asp?ExpertiseID=47

Anyone have experience with them or can recommend another good travel agent? I usually do all my own travel booking online but don't want to do all the leg work for booking a honeymoon.

They are very reputable.
