Annoying, blown out of proportion story about the 'shooting' at the Capitol.

I work in the Capitol Hill area, about two blocks from the Capitol.

Everyone was up in arms about the 'shooting' today at the Rayburn building. I dont know if anyone heard, but it was really an air hammer going off.

People are wayyyy too on the edge of their seats.

I think they need a little Richard to calm them down....
