There was a whole bunch of them a few months ago. Maybe they are married already. I looked there and thought the food was delicious but I thought the room they showed us was too small for the amount of people we expect. I've heard great things about the place.

I am (will be) a Coral House Bride!
We got the biggest room there; the Americana room! We are having 200 + people, the room is HUGE!

I am so glad that I am not the only one on here!! jennbaby I have the americana room also!! I love that room!! Did you pick out your menu choices yet? Did you add anything to the cocktail hour? They offer so much!! That venetian hour looks huge but I am not adding it....I think people will be stuffed by then!

they offered me an extra 1/2 hour onto my reception, and 600 shrimp for the cocktail hour....

Hey Jennbaby!!

Yeah Linda threw me extra shrimp for the cocktail hour also...I think it was 300 shrimp!! I couldn't have real flowers so she threw the shrimp in for me. I am thinking of adding the salmon to the cocktail hour. I read Neva's post a few weeks ago...I also wrote to her on UW for details but she never got back to me...I am sure she is busy though! I have the Americana room also and I love it!! My guarantee is 160 for the room since I am getting married in February and it is not on the 14th like I originally wanted so she did that for me. Linda is the best!! I am so excited!! Thanks for the bump!!

I too am a Coral House bride. We are getting married 12/15, I can't wait. The food there is sooo good, and I have been to functions there before and have never heard any complaints. Linda is definetly great to work with. Did you taste the mustard chicken.. that was great, we are going to pick that one for sure

Sorry I didn't get back to you. I am hardly on UW now a days. You don't have a thing to worry about with Coral House. They are on point with everything.

DecBride, I tasted the mustard chicken, definitely different!!!

Neva!!!!!!!!!!!!! I knew you were busy!!! I am so glad everything worked out for you!! Everything looks wonderful!!! You both looked gorgeous and that cake looks wonderful also...what kind of cake was it? You were able to pick your own design right? I want one of those basket weave cakes!!

I'm a Coral House bride. We are getting married 10/12. The ceremony is onsite, outside if weather permits, otherwise in the Milburn Room. The cocktail hour is in Milburn and the reception is in the Colonial Skylight Room. We are working with Kristin and are very happy so far.

Welcome to the addiction! There are a few of us Coral House brides on here, in fact one of them got married today...I can't wait till she gets back from her honeymoon!!

You made a wonderful choice...I love the food and the warmth of the place....there are plenty of posts on here about the Coral House...don't forget to do a search and if you have questions don't forget to ask we will answer!!
