It has been suggested that I try for July 3, 2004 which is the monday before 4th of July (obviously if it's the 3rd!)

Anyhow, do you think it'll be cheaper? What are the chances that date in 2006 will still be available for a hall? What about other vendors, will it be hard to book a weekday (other than Fri) wedding? Feedback please. Thanks!

Just so you know, they book up the fastest out of anything. Being that you are not gettin gmarried fro 2 years, you should still have a shot. But i would do it as quickly as possible.
