Anyone else NOT doing a princess dress?
I really don't think I'm going to do a princess ballgown. I love them, but I think I am just scarred from my prom dress (a massive amount of blue tulle and crystals that NO ONE should have let me endure
). What was I thinking!I think I am going to do either a sleek or mermaid style. I am only 5'1' and I wonder if I can pull it off?

Re: Anyone else NOT doing a princess dress?
I know it wont look good on me, I have tried them on.I will probably do something with an A Line. I love Halter Tops on my but one will never know what I will chose. I have seen someone I love and I am going to wait to try on for a while. I want to shed some pounds first

Re: Anyone else NOT doing a princess dress?
At this point I want a strapless sweetheart neckline, a-line gown with beading and rhinestones on the bodice. I'll know better once I start trying dresses on but that's what I'm thinking now..

I'd love to wear a princess gown but I'm only 5'3ish and I don't think I could pull it off. I don't want to look like a walking marshmellow.

Re: Anyone else NOT doing a princess dress?
So funny i was thinking of this last night.... Strapless and puffy but, not too puffy, tank-top like staps and classy, or the whole lace and straight type.....I am learning that we all need to go and try on EVERYTHING!!!!
You will never know til you try it on if it looks good to fit your body. The straight might not look good on me cause of how things fall on butt, it is too bubbly
. Strapless might not hold my pillows up enough.....I am sooo afraid to try dresses on but, we will all find the right one!

Re: Anyone else NOT doing a princess dress?
I am going with a strapless ballgown. (no tulle), It bunches up too much and you have to constantly keep fixing it.

I thought I wanted a big ballgown for my dress so that's what I was leaning towards......THEN I ended up with something completely different!!!!!
Pic in my avatar.
I am 5'3' and I liked how it looked on me.....I'm not sure what style mine was........

I have no idea what kind of dress I'll end up with. I'm looking forward to dress shopping but don't think I will start until next summer.Welcome New Vendors
