Anyone have a digital video camera that they LOVE that they would recommend?

Anyone have a digital video camera that they LOVE that they would recommend?

I'm looking for something simple, basic, and compact.. nothing crazy.. just to shoot home videos and dig photes is, although not necessary because we have a dig camera..

We have the Sony DRV 25. But I think the only one they make now is the DRV 27, which has a bigger screen. Same options though. It was rated high by consumer reports, whne we bougth it and uses the small tapes.

We have the Sony DCR-TRV22 and LOVE it! Lots of fun features, great quality, and easy to transport. Good on batteries too. Oh, and it takes still pictures as well so you can use it like a regular digital camera. Check it out! We got it at B&H.

We have a Sony DCR-TRV33, and its great. Its small, and takes great videos. We brought it all over Hawaii on the HM.

We got ours from UBDigital, an online site through Yahoo, and saved a ton on it. I highly recommend them, easy to work with and shipped fast.

We have a Sony that we love, but we would probably just get the DVD now. When we got ours it was the week before my first sono and the DVD ones were super expensive.

I have one of the Sony's too...just don't know what model.

It's very compact and lightweight...and the video is nice and clear.

We have this one...LOVE IT. It's simple to use, small, takes great video, great sound...it's steady. Love it! Canon ZR-65 - Mini DV.

We use it at least once a week with all the stuff that Damien does
