on the news. it is in the city. so cool. does anyone know of one on long island?

Yeah I don't know what Bridal Boot Camp is.My FH thinks that I should be admitted into a Bridal Psychiatric Center. Do you know of any on LI? just kidding.

No I think locally there is only one in NYC. Downtown 18street. I have spoken to the woman who runs it... Her name escapes me right now, but she was really great on the phone. I have heard from people on the knot that have joined her program that the results are great.

I did the program. It's in the city and it's taught by Stephanie Martin. Its a great class and she is a wonderful person and teacher. Unfortunately because of my commute and since I can't get myself out of bed in the morning I never achieved what I coudl have gotten out of it by working out everyday.

I will say that by working out that one day a week I got muscles and strength which is so completely unusual. She really works you hard and they do a lot of fun and interesting techniques etc.
The class is at 8-9:30 on Monday nights. I wish I had been doing south beach when I joined because I probably would have had the best results ever.
She sets you up with a diet program that is ok and you have a buddy in class to email all the time about your diet, what you're eating. Its basically the same concept as weight watchers.
My only complaint is that is too expensive and if you commute, I hate going to my car at 11:30 at night at the train. I think the program now is somewhere between $700-800 but could be less.

i saw that someone else said (in another post) that the camp was in commack too. anyone know of it, i really want to do it, but live in islip. its too crazy to commute.

just to let you know, i went to fitness incentive and found out that the bridal bootcamp class did not start yet (they told me previously that it started oct 18). they will call me when it starts. if your interested.
