Anyone using Ferlise Photography read this...

I have waited almost a year to post my review about them because I wanted to make sure I received all my proofs back etc. Well, I did and here it goes..

I was soooo disappointed with my pictures. My MIL's hair was in her face for every picture, my dad and my FIL's tie were both off centered in every picture, pictures of my family were not taken. I had to tell him that I would like to take a picture with my family who came out of town.

I was charged extra for three pictures because I 'neede to tell a story' in my wedding album and could not do it with my 50 pictures that I selected.

I received my album and both my parents and in-laws album WITHOUT our names and wedding date. When I picked them up, I immediately asked him 'where are our names and date?' He said, you declined that when you picked out the album. OMG!!!! I would NEVER do that. I was so upset, and unfortunately could not argue with him because I was nearly in tears. He told me that he could fix it but it would cost me $150 per book to do because he would have to rebond the book.

I was just so upset with them because they were not cheap. So, I post this not to make brides scared, BUT as more of an informative post. I just wish they would have been more careful with how people posed and the collars, hair, ties on the bridal party. I mean it should not be the brides doing on the day she can hardly remember her name.
