Isn't it so sad to have to say "low taxes" at $5,000??!! Now my parents in GA have low taxes-$800/yr. and have an acre of land!!

Yes. It is a cement Slab home...With no basement. You will find that a lot when you see a Ranch.


I grew up in a ranch with no basement, except my parents dormered the house and blew out the back. They extended the house to 12 rooms, and we had a big walk in attic upstairs.

Still I would of rather had a basement.
