Bridesmaids..... How to pick them?

I do not know how to pick a bridesmaid..... I have a lot of friends and were in a lot of there weddings, but some of them have turned out since there weddings to be not as good of friends that we once were, I do not want to offend anyone, put I need some suggestions on how to pick a good wedding party without hurting anyone`s feelings. Help!!!!

Picking bridemaids is a hard decision, but not as hard as picking godparents! I went through the same thing and ended up having 10 girls and 10 guys because I also did not want to offend anyone. It was so much fun! So I had to get bigger limos (they buy their own dresses anyway) and I had the best bachelorette party. It depends on the kind of person you are do you like big groups or small intimate groups. I thought sister in laws would always be around (my husbands brothers both got divorced) blood is very important so because I have no sisters I chose my cousin. If your fiance has sisters he is close with you should have them because as long as you are with him they will be part of your life. As for friends, who is someone you can always depend on and someone that will be responsible in your wedding party and not give you a hard time. Try to base your decision by saying to yourself 'What or who will give me the least stress?' or just go for it and have them all! GOOD LUCK!
