Can anyone help me with this Bridal Shower Poem?

Here's the poem:

Bride's name and Groom's name will soon say, “I Do.”
They’ve got lots of love,
But they’ll need to eat too!
Bride's name might like to try your favorite cake
or whatever it is you like to make.

So don’t forget the card on this special date
Fill it in now, don’t hesitate.

At the shower there will be
A recipe box to fill
So bring this card, if you will.


Now I need some help in adding to it. I want the guests to fill it out and mail it along with they're response. Can anyone help me with this? I appreciate any suggestions
