can someone tell me what a channa plaque is and what it is for?

i always see 'my channa's are here!' posts so i was wondering what it is for? it looks like a name plate? is it used for the ceremony... etc?

its a plaque with your new last name on it and your first names and wedding date... most people are using it for their cake table...

and most will hang it up in their apartment/house after the wedding...

They're only called 'Channa' plaques because the lady who makes them is named Channa. It's not like a title or anything. LOL!

I just recently got my plaque...I didn't use it for the wedding but to decorate our newly furnished living room...it is so pretty!
