Crest Hollow final meeting questions

hey fellow Crest Hollow brides,
for those of you who've met wih your BM to go over final details, what kinds of questions did you ask? FH and I are going to ask when we should have the florist arrive and when to drop off favors and table names...etc, but I don't want to miss anything.

Also, I know Mara met with Helen in the absence of Sharon, but does anyone know if or when Sharon will return? We had a bad experience with another BM in-training and are worried that we're going to be stuck with her. Can we request Helen in Sharon's continued absence? TIA!
