Did Billy Blanks' Boot Camp this morning

OMG HE'S A PSYCHO

The beginning wasn't so bad except that i had to put the bands down. they r hard your arms. so i did the rest of the video without them. I got into it until he started on the abs. now, i have no abs

so it didn't look to pretty. I did what I can do and rested when I couldn't. according to his calendar I take tomorrow off and do it again sunday. it was hard, but i'm looking forwarding to doing it again. I'll just have to focus on what I'll look like in my gown and in a bikini when we get to cancun. no one needs to see the jiggles

Where in cancun for your honeymoon? Ill be there a few weeks before you.

we are staying at the Golden Crown Paradise Spa. how bout you?

it was tough, but when i was done I was pretty proud of myself even though I had to rest here and there.

We are staying at the Moon Palace Golf Resort first and then Aventura Spa Palace for the last few days.

OMG I LOVE BILLY BLANKS. I tell my FH that billy is my boyfriend, because I spend so much time with those videos. They are amazing arent they! I love them

The bands kill. I had to take it down a notch with the bands, because I was getting weird muscles on my shoulders... it was the roundish ones that guys have. Just make sure you are doing the exercises correctly - or you will end up looking like the rock.
