Dinner recs in NYC for bach party

Ok...the place we were originally going to go to the Lemongrass grille no longer exists. Sushisamba doesnt work because half the people dont eat sushi. We aren't going to the bar Carnival till 11pm.

Need suggestions of where to go and what to do.

We went to Spice Market and did the tasting menu for my bach dinner ($48pp/ 10 courses - 5 apps, 4 entrees and a dessert!)

Also STK does a super cute Bachelorette dinner (thats the image below - sorry it's hard to read!)...

They're both in the meatpacking district though so not close to carnival, but still possible options!

Where did you find that menu for STK I dont see it on the website
