Disney Honeymoon?? What resort should I pick?

We want to go to Aruba and Disney. Never been to either one. What Disney resort would you recommend? What are the highlights/must see at Disney

Of the hotels I've stayed in on Disney's grounds, I would choose the Grand Floridian. It's beautiful, and has a grander, classier feel than many of the other Disney hotels. Perfect for a honeymoon!
At the end of this month I'm staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. I'll let you know if my recommendation changes.

i stayed at the grand floridian.. i love love love that place.. very nice.. also the yacht and beach club is very nice..

stay away from the contemporary and the all star hotels, they are fillled with kids..

they are all very beautiful...i have been to disney about 9 times and my parents go about 2 x a year! ask me ANYTHING!

Once, I stayed at the Contemporary resort (it's listed as a Deluxe resort)...it s*cked! Floors were old and stained, rooms weren't nice.

THe only cool thing was that the monorail went right through the hotel.

BUt I'd Stay at the Grand FLoridian,

They have this restaurant there called Victoria's and Alberts, which you should make reservations for way in advance, like when you book your trip!

It's a dining experience! You have your own personal butlers, it's just great!

I never stayed at the Grand Floridian, but was there when I went to Disney and It was beautiful!

We stayed at the Wilderness Lodge and LOVED IT!! It is soooooooooo beautiful!!!

We stayed right outside of Disney at the Sheraton Vistana Resort. It was our own little condo. And it was only a 5 minute drive to Disney.

DH and I have been to Disney together 6 times, but he is a Disney freak and has been there 20 times!!! We have stayed at all the Deluxe resorts except Animal Kingdom(DH is severely allergic to animal dander) and our favorite is The Polynesian. It seems to be a little bit quieter (less kids) than most of the other resorts which we really enjoy. No matter which resort you will go to you will have a great time!!!
