DIY table #s question

Anyone seen/know how to make/know where to buy those frames for the table # cards that are like all bedazzled and stuff?

Here are some pics of them, and I wanted to try to make them, but I wanted to hear from some of you who did something like this and see if it was really time consuming and really hard

It's Bling on a Roll! lol basically mesh ribbon with rhinestones here is the cheapest I have ever seen it...

I haven't made one, but being that its ribbon I think it would be pretty easy to glue on.
