Re: Do you send your officiant an invitation?we invited our Pastor to come but she makes it a policy that she doesnt attend anyone's wedding. We sent the invite just to be correct but we knew she wouldnt come. | |||

Re: Do you send your officiant an invitation?I'm in the same situation as you... she happened to officiate a friend of mine's wedding and I knew she just stayed for cocktail hour so I just kind of asked her if she would stay for cocktail hour. I don't think you need to invite them to the reception...

Re: Do you send your officiant an invitation?Yes. We hand delivered ours to our officiant because we reserved him at the very last minute for our wedding. (Long story) We were very glad that he was available inspite of the last minute notice. However, he was not available to attend our reception not even for our cocktail hour. | |||
