Finally I can post this....I am a happy homeowner!

YEAH! We had the closing today and we are finally homeowners!

I was so nervous but it went smoothly. Our attorney was awesome and the people from the title company, mortage bank and the other attorney was great too. It was so much easier then I thought it was going to be. YAY! So now we are going to home depot...lol

Thanks for all the help along the way ladies. I am sure I will have many questions from this point forward.

Yup that is my new crib

...haha.

It is a townhouse in Suffolk with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, backyard and also a basement. When you walk in there is a living room, dining room and then the kitchen. The half bath is off the kitchen and our washer/dryer is in there. Then up the stairs are the 2 bedrooms and the full bath. I love the layout. It is perfect for us.
