For all inclusive venue brides
So many ladies have asked lately for this list of all inclusive venues, sofirst hhe's the list of venues that offer it and second lets use this as our forum to ask each other questions and thing of late nature. I think we should have our own thread since there is now so many of us! Long island weddings you should make a special forum..... just saying! :)I'm booked at the sterling caterers in Bethpage which does it! my favorite out of all the all inclusive I looked at.
I get the following100 people for 9995 (fri prices, sun is cheaper and sat is more) that's for a buffet style reception. sit down fri night I think was 11995 each person for 100 both are ++!
What's included is;1- 8 pass limo from ECL; 10gorgeous centerpieces ($65 in value I think) from thier in house florist; 1 man dj/mc for 4 hrs from Above and beyond; 8 hrs of photo. and video and you get thank you cards, larger prints an album dvd and cd of all pics ( choice of 2 company's, ADA or Duval) the sterling was on that TLC show Four weddings and won!
All the other places I know of that do all inclusive are:
Knights of Columbus Oceanside( def not a typical kofc)
Stewart Thomas manor ( personally I don't recommend!!)
Mediterranean manor (very nice out for space)
East Wind they have 2 deals 100 for 10k or 150 for 15k ( 100 people is in the cottage and 150 people is at the estates)
Stuart Manor country club and Seacliff Manor ( only in dec jan and feb)
Arianas Waterfall
Beach Club Estates and Windows on the Lake
Miller place inn
Brentwood country club
west sayville mansion
check the lessings website I heard they change which venues offer this. Like I heard west sayville mansion doesn't have it anymore but coindre hall does but it's 100 people for 13k or 14k. (Haven't checked their site in a while so idk who offered it right now!!)
Anyone have any others to add I'd be happy too! Hope this is helpful to whom ever needed or will need this!
Edited to Madge a few changes in the list

For all inclusive venue brides - Long Island Weddings
I will start with a question for brides that have already booked an all inclusive venue.......Since tech you don't have to shop around for your vendors do any of you feel like you should be doing something but feel like you don't have anything to do?
I plan on meeting dj and limo after the holidays. Then shopping for r mostly school buses to take my bridal party and on the day of, since I getone limo includes I'll just use that for pics. And then meet with my father's ffriends wife about flowers. But that all seems too easy! Lol I feel like I'm missing something important!

What if you decide you don't want to use one of the vendors? Let's say you didn't like the photographer(s) they offer with the package.. would they allow you to hire your own? Would they either take it off the price or add something else on, or would we just have to eat that money?

Funny you should asked that....I thought I was going to have that exact problem! So I don't get into that whole long story I'll just say it worked out, Wer went with Duval. idk what they would do though if u didn't one. I'm personally not worried about the other 2 companies, my cousin works for the dj and an old friend from my old job her brother owns the limo company!

If you decide to go the route all inclusive I suggest emailing or calling all the vendors before u book the venue, that's what I did and that's how I found out I knew people that worked with my dj and limo company. so I felt alot better and it made me willing to book.

Majority of the Lessings Country Clubs have all inclusive packages. We were thinking of going that route with our wedding, but after adding in all of the extras we needed, we realized we would be way over our budget. But, I would definitely reccommend looking at the venue and getting a list of the vendors and contacting all of them. That's actually how we found our photographer/dj/video. They were part of an all inclusive package for another venue.

When I was looking they didn't :( for me all inclusive came out to be cheaper.... for example our first choice would have been Jericho Terrace we r only posting 1k more for our all inclusive package compared to thier price for just food and open bar for 5 hrs!! I will have more expensive bc I need another limo and bouquets and stuff but that wouldn't be more then another 1k max!

Wow you found a great deal then! Our deal was good, but not great. We still needed so much, that by doing it separately it worked out best (at least it seems that way for now!)
