For the Fox Hollow Brides who booked last year

I talked to Stacy today and she confirmed that you CAN upgrade to the new, 7 choice menu.

The fee is REALLY nominal and just about covers what they are paying to print the menus for the tables. I think they have 1 menu between every two guests.

She is emailing me a copy of the new menu to look at. I may keep the old one, because I'm worried about the possibility that quality of the food could suffer if the kitchen is making 7 different meals instead of just 3.

ALSO, Fox DOES ALLOW the CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN to be brought in from the outside vendor...they do not have one. You just have to sign a waiver saying they did not supply it and can't be held responsible for anything 'bad' that happens in relation to the fountain, like, well I guess TUMMY ACHES from all that YUMMY chocolate.

I dont post much, but just wanted to say that i changed my menu to the 7 choice one with the menus for the guests, at NO extra charge. so don't let them convince you to pay any extra

off the top of my head here are the 7 choices:

(1) filet mignon
(2) salmon
(3) orange roughy
(4) some vegetable puff pastry thing
(5) gulf shrimp of some sort
(6) one of the chicken choices
(7) rack of lamb

sorry i cant remember the details any better.

Thanks for the info! I'll see what she has to say when I see her on 3/16 for my finals.
