Halloween 2011

HELP!!! I need help planning a Halloween wedding. I am doing this on my own.
We are all dressing up and wearing really cool costumes.
I need some food ideas we are only doing finger foods because we don't have alot of people and may have a fondue fountain and a chocolate fountain and a punch fountain....why don't we have it in the falls....any way. I need some ideas.
We are making our center pieces out of trick or treat jackolantern pails filled with home made halloween suckers and battery tealight candles. 1 per person at the table.
We are also wanting to have a candy bar.....a bar full of candy. not just a single snickers. What are some good candies to put on these and how should they be displayed?
A door greeter. I would love to have a lifesize creepy butler with programs on his tray for when the guests come into the building. I would love to find one used so I don't have to waste money on a butler that some one may damage.
The reception is across the street from our home. We are hoping for an out door wedding.
How should I decorate? I am thinking about doing giant spiders out of plastic bags hanging from the ceiling, but the ceilings are really high. is there any way to make a cheap canopy in this building the size of a NBA basket ball court? Any ideas?
We would like to have somthing we can keep for later on the canopy or reuse for some other project.
