Re: Has anyone checked out Atlantis in riverhead ?I've been to Atlantis for three weddings and I really was not very impressed. The tables are placed around a large shark tank and it's difficult to see what's going on at the other end of the room. The bar has to be set up in the room next door due to the size. The dance floor and DJ is also set up in the other room. It's like being at two separate parties. The food was not that great. The catering staff left much to be desired. | |||

Re: Has anyone checked out Atlantis in riverhead ?FH and I looked there.... it is true what the above poster said... dance floor in the other room, you can't see one end of the room from the other because it is moon shaped. It was a very unique idea that we wanted to check out. And I am glad we did, cause we got a free tour of the place and were allowed to hang out afterwards too. I think I was quoted $125 for a Saturday afternoon in July.
