help!! Bridal Shower Locations: Nassau County...

I am in a bridal party and the maid of honor is having a hard time finding a place.. she's doing everythig by herself... ughhh anyway bedofre we all pay out the a$$ can anyone remeber some prices of some places they looked that were reasonable... for 80 poeple for 4 hours..

What about Pompeii in West Hempstead?? Ive never had anything bad to say or heard anything bad about it.. the food is always good..

Where do you want to hold it?

I've held great showers at Jackie Rielly's in Bethpage (on Hempsted Tpke) and Eleanor Rigby's in Mineola.

Also TR's in East Williston has a room upstairs. The food is great.

Have you also thought about Knights of Colombus or Italian American clubs? They rent (and some cater).

i had my sisters at pancho's in island park - we had a great time and the food is sooooo goood

My shower was at La Piazza in Merrick and everything was truly wonderful - you should check them out. The room was so big! The food was yummy. I also heard Pompei in West Hempstead is excellent for showers. Make sure they provide the shower chair & wishing well so you don't have to get one.

City Cafe in Garden City has a shower special, I believe for less than $30pp. Also Bertucci's has a good deal, but I don't exactly remember how much it was.

I did my sister's shower at the Milleridge Inn 2/29/04. I did an afternoon brunch b/c I didn't want too much drinking going on. I don't remember how much I paid, but it was very reasonable and they did a wonderful job.

La Piaza in Merrick is GREAT!! My friend had her shower there and everything was beautiful and soooo yummy!!

My mom had mine @ Bella Fortuna on Main Street in Farmigdale and that was AMAZING!! The food, the room was beautiful!! We've sent a lot of people over there!

Also, Peppercorn's in Hicksville is beautiful--the upstairs room, it's a bit $$$$$$ though.

George Washington in Roslyn is really pretty as well and pretty reasonably priced

KAtie Daly's in Massapequa is really good & they have a room downstairs I just don't know how many peopel it fits. Also Dominico in Levittown on Hempstead Turnpike they have all different size rooms.

I had my sister's shower at Pomodorino's.. There is one in Massapequa I think.. They have an assortment of menus to chose from. I think the ranges are 19.95, 21.95. 22.95 and 24.94..... I think we went with the 21.95 menu, which was plenty of food, and we are still getting compliments on it...They were great and they even supply a cake, ice cream and cannolis.... And their Penne Ala Vodka is to die for!!!!!!!

not too bad at all, we held my sisters there, and we did the old fashioned tea party with an omelette station, it was like $27 per person, unlimited champagne and mimosas for four hours....
