Help! Looking for a hall

So im in the process of planning a engagement party and would really like to do a I do bbq theme. Im looking for a just a hall to rent I want to bring in my own cater. Im just not looking to spend a fortune any idea??

VFW maybe. Some are just open space. Does it have to be LI? Red Hook has tons of place with open space....some modern, some rustic.
