how and when to tell work

How did everyone tell their boss?
And when is the best time to do it?
I have a GREAT boss, but for some reason I am very scared to tell him.

Its' really when you feel ready, as long as your not 6 months and showing!! I told my bosses at about 8-10 weeks. I was going to wait the full 3 months, but my work load and my trips out of the office were getting to be a lot, so I wanted them to know.

Also, if you start getting morning sickness, it might be a good time to let them know before that kicks in - just in case you need some time off.
