how did/ how are you

give/giving FH his gift??

i want to give it to him the night before but idk how to do it!!

i was thinking of giving it to one of the groomsmen and having them deliver it to him??

HELP!

Hi hall twin -- I just gave my DH's gift to one of his brothers a few days before and asked him to give it to him the day of the wedding.

I gave it to my brother to take there the morning of-- and he gave it to his sister to give to me the morning of. I waited until the photog was there to open it :)

we each got ready in our parents homes that morning, and i have my brother bring my gift over to him that morning.

We actually did no gifts at all...and neither one of us got the other a card! I didn't even realize it until now!!

We were both running around like lunatics before the wedding and forgot this detail....oops!

Our 4 1/2 year dating anniversary was Sept. 1st - 9 days before the wedding - so we exchanged then.

My SIL stood at our house with my DH the night before our wedding (the 2 of them are so cute...they watched movies and youtube videos that night). Before we picked her up for hair and make up, she put it on the kitchen table for him to open when he woke up.

He gave my mom my gift and she gave it to me.

I gave it to his best friend at the rehearsal dinner...had him open up when the videographer got there so i could see his expression(it was Bpics)

and i also called him so i could hear his reaction, i had wanted to facetime it( so i could see him, not so he could see me) but thanks to the hurricane there was no cable at his house to use it for WiFi

No money left for gifts since we bought a house this year amd planned a wedding so our present to one another is our home!!!


The holidays are right around the corner so I figure I will get him something than!! I prob will just leave a nice card for him by the alarm.



Yea I did not get a big gift either...a nice wedding day card that said to my groom (hallmark has a card for everything!!!) and a T-shirt with a ring cute ring holder since he doesn't wear his ring most of the week to work.
