How do you shop for a strapless corset-y thing for under your dress?

What do you look for when buying one of these?


Im guessing you dont want back fat on the top?

If you have a gut do you want the corset firming it up? pushing it down?

I guess Im asking how tight/loose do you normally get these things?

You get them the same way u get your bra size. They come in 34 Cs, 36 Ds, etc... And put it on the most comfortable loop for you. Its not meant to stop breathing!!!

I was going to wear one because I thought it would be like a little outfit for our wedding night with thigh highs and whatever. But when I tried on my dress, it fits so perfect that I don't need it.

Alot of dresses have corsets built into them so another corset isn't needed. they simply alter the dress to fit your top perfectly.

your best bet is to go to a store that specializes in them. usually the people there can tell you if it fits correctly and sometimes they alter it to make it fit perfectly.

Oh, I HAVE to wear one - no way I could go bra-less!!
I'm going to Georgette's on Saturday to get a low-back long-line bra.

Honestly , when I tried on my gown , the lady that heloed me also gave me one that would best fit for me,,

Maybe when you go they will do the same for you ,or call & ask them if they have them there ,, HTH

Couldn't you go to Frederick's or V. Secret? And bridal shop will be familiar with under garments...
