The office ordered pizza and it smells so good. So if I have a small itty bitty slice and dont journal it, it didnt happen right???

LOL! I had to laugh when I read that because I do that sometimes too. Like when I am making dinner and I pick, it doesnt count -- oh but it DOES!!! It adds up and puts you over your points...

It was perfect that little sliver. oh how wonderful it was. Pizza I think is 9 points, but this little itty bitty sliver was 1 point. it was just a tiny taste.

it was ordered from a really really really good place.

it was perfect, not too much sauce, cheese, doughy.

why oh why did my office do this to me. they know i am on weight watchers. **** them.

I baked eggplants and tomatoes a few days ago, and the taste of baked cherry tomatoes was pretty close to yummy sundried flavored pizza sauce. The eggplant wasn't as good though!!!

Maybe if you check weight watchers on line they may have a recipe. I havent looked at it on line so i dont know what they have

chippa, the eggplants came out dry, like really dry. I don't think they are meant to be baked. I used to fry them before and they soak up a lot of oil, and I mean a LOT. So I am trying to figure out how to make them soft, but yet tasty... I may try stewing them (to make them soft), and then baking.

i like eggplant i just dont cook it so i dont know how to cook anything with it.

the cherry tomatos baked doesnt sound so bad.

well tomatoes are 0 points, so if I bake them without anything, its still 0 points right... I did add the garlic though, but no oil ==> still harmless. Now how do I turn the tomatoes into a pizza sauce

Chippatrid- you're too funny! I too LOVE pizza with a passion!!!! I understand. I sometimes won't eat anything, so I can have 2 slices of pizza!!!!!! (how sad am I?)

I have a recipe at home for 'eggplant shoes' it's the middle of the eggplant chopped up w/ tomatoes mixed w/ onions and garlic- and put that mix in the 'middle' of the eggplant that you've carved- and then bake it!!! It's soft, it's delicious! Not high in calories- if I can find it, I'll send you a FM on Monday!
