I'm a MOMMA!!

Yes our child finally decided to come into this world....

WE HAVE A LITTLE GIRL!!!!!!
Julianne Sarah
Born 1/5/03
653am
8 lbs even...21.85 inches
RED hair like daddy
Blue eyes for now
Born at Maimonadias Hospital bklyn

No interventions of any kind, not even an aspirin
No induction,no epi
Most of the labor was done standing- I had quite a bit of back pain and could not deal w/ it on the bed or on the birthing ball...did some walking in the birthing rm...otherwise standing,leaning on the bed, leaning into the walls...

Sorry I could not post sooner but I am BFeeding and it is not easy at all...having latching problems...spoke with the BF consult at the hospital...had even the nurses help me, etc...was up most of lst night with her...she is sleeping now so I thought I'd dash off a quick note to my cheerleaders!!!

Thanks for all the prayers ( I did quite a bit of that in labor!)
