Invites Mailed Saturday....RSVPs coming quickly!!!

But, I'm not as excited as I imagined I'd be. Anyone else have a very weird feeling about this? I'm almost detached and not fully realizing that these responses are for my wedding. It's a bit awkward.

I did get excited....I think once you start updating your guest list with who is coming and think about those people being at YOUR WEDDING you will start to get excited!! We're at 50% responded so far and I get excited every time

I dont know i get excited everyday for my RSVP's and look forward to it hahahaha. It is a bit weird and kinda get what you mean. Its like Ok this one is coming, ok this one is not coming, it'll hit you more as you continue to get them

YES. 100%. I'm same day as you too. Maybe it's just us summer solstice brides.

I feel really odd. Almost anxious. I dunno. It's more like after all of the planning and everything, it's all happening at once?

Oh yeah it makes sense. It's like an outer body...someone else's story, another person's wedding....I haven't yet internalized that all my planning efforts are about to come to fruition.
