Turkan : They are AMAZING bets price I got a serious deal on a 2 ct eternity ring and my SIL works for GIA and said its great quality.
also try Diamond Roof ask for Sam.But def go to Turkan ask for the guy; he gives you a better price than the wife

Nu-HA but I feel like you can play them against one another, walk around, get prices....when you see one you like ask questions (does the ring come with a certificate, what will they do for cash vs. credit) Good Luck
