I have an appointment next week and they told me that the appointment is for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Is this customary?

That's how long it is supposed to be, however I was there for 2 and a half hours. I guess that was because I was purchasing the dress...

I was there for about 3 hrs but I think its bc I bought my gown that day.
