Marriage License...

What is the procedure on getting one. Right now
I am at 79 days. I think I remember hearing that it can't be dated more than 60 days to the wedding....I think, or something like that. Can someone verify how this works?

If you go to the planning section and click on it there is directions on where and when you have to get a marriage.

Good question! This is the link where I found info for NY state marriage license FAQ's:

http://www.health.state.ny.us/vital_records/married.htm

According to that site the license is valid for 60 days beginning the DAY AFTER it is issued. Hope this site helps you!
