Massapequa School District too

Looks like it needs everything, but it would be liveable. If someone is willing to invest the time and money, I bet this house could be something to turn around and make some money off of...Or to stay in and live there...

Actually those taxes are VERY low. We have a similar size property and pay the same in Suffolk! Massapequa (NOT BY THE WATER) has a relatively low tax base (especially from the school taxes) compared to many many other desirable areas in Nassau!!!

That is not high. I guess you havent seen what is available in the house market. Those taxes are very low

The taxes are very low. It is on a semi busy street through (seaford ave) that people use to cut through from merrick to sunrise. I cut down that road every day as does my Mom.

Those taxes are very low!!!!! Especially for Massapequa School District!! If someone is handy that house would be great.

The mall probably helps keep the taxes down, I would guess. I know my godmother (in a huge house in Garden City) has surprisingly low taxes in part because of Roos. Field.
