I am! I am having it in the Skylight room- what about you? I am a little nervous about how many people it can hold- it says on their ad that it can hold up to 300, we asked and we were told 250 comfortable. We were planning on 250, but it doesn't look that big- I haven't seen it set up for a wedding though. How many people are you inviting?

I am having about 100-110 at most...

We'll be in the Diamond Room. They are having another show on February 20th.

I don't really care for the canopy for the Mr and Mrs to sit under. I think I am going to have them take it out. We'll see....I may change my mind....

Anything special you guys are doing??

We are having it in the diamond room because they are having a new years eve party that night. I'm nervous about people fiting in because our list keeps growing and it only seats 220. I was hoping on 175 at the most!!

We will be at the show on the 20th...just so we can see it and get more ideas.

I don't like that canopy either, and the wicker chairs. How does it work when there is another event going on- especially with the cocktail hour room? What kinds of centerpieces are you guys doing- tall of low? Have any of you been to a wedding there before?

I didn't actually see the canapoy/wicker chairs set up...so I don't know if I like it or not.

I thought the idea sounded cute though.

The other event will start after my wedding is already in the reception room, and it will end after mine, so there is no confusion. I don't think they are using the cocktail hour room.

We are also having our ceremony there.

I've never personally been there for a wedding but I know a lot of people of who have been, and I have heard nothing but good things about them.

We are doing low custom snowflake centerpieces.
