My May 24th Wedding review...finally

Hello girls... i am finally ready to post a review for those of you who asked.
were should i begin??
Flowers by Burton: Loved them! the flowers were beautiful. just what i asked for! even the delivery guy was nice. He wanted me to see all the bouquets before he left and made sure i was happy with everything. of course i was!!
Nick from Patken Photographers: He was wonderful!!! i was late getting back from the hair place and he waited patiently while i got my makeup done, got dressed and all that other stuff! The proofs came out amazing. there aren't many we don't like of us. He even made sure all our pictures were done before the cocktaill hour so we could enjoy the food and talk to everyone.
Desginer Limos: The driver of our Rolls Royce was great! He was there a little early, helped me when i got mud and dirt on my dress. i was out side taking pictures and leaned to close to the car, something he told me not to do. Club soda is amazing! One of our drivers was late to my house to pick up the girls. he refused to listen to the directions the guys were giving him, so he followed mapquest...wrong move! When we got to the Reception hall we were told we had to pay an O/T charge for the rolls...it wasn't my fault the car would only go 45mph. and on our contract, O/T didn't start till 6:00 and we were done with the car at about 5:30- 5:45...we have to call them about that. the escalade was really nice. it was only a week old, so everything was perfect inside, the BP loved it.
Windows on the Lake: i know this is the one you are waiting for. I am sorry to say, i have a few problems. But i will start with the good things...the food was great. The service was good! our maitre d and bridal attendant were also good. But we did have one request, that they weren't able to go through with. we asked that if you come by our table and our drinks were empty, please get us another one. several time DH went to the bar himself to get us drinks. Our bridal party was more on the ball than them. Ok now the bad...we requested chocolate covered strawberries to be given to guests as they left and that never happened. So now they are going to credit us the money, in the form of cash i hope! I put together baskets for the bathrooms and never got them back. Supposedly, they only have one of the baskets! i don't understand how!!! We had quite a few people not show up, so i thought they would have asked if we wanted the food boxed up, but no! so i paid them for a service and they didn't 'pay up'. DH's stepfather spoke to them whilke we were away and they are going to work out something with us. My feeling on this is, if i am paying for a plate, i want the food there, if there person is not there to consume the food i want to bring it home and we will have enjoyed it the next couple of days.
Fox Hollow Inn: BEAUTIFUL!!! Our first night as husband & wife. the room was very nice. When we walked in there was a bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates waiting for us. The breakfast in the morning was very good for a continental breakfast. I even met some family members of one of you girls.
Is there anyone else i am forgetting??? I will also post some pictures in a few.

Here's a big one i forgot.....
Top Shelf: Band. They are part of Skyline orchestras. they were unbelievable! People are still talk ing about them! There were people on the dance floor who don't normally dance! I can't express in words how great they were! Lou, the MC for the band came over to us a couple of times to see if we liked what we were hearing, if there's anything we wanted to hear. just great! I was definatly recommend them to anyone who is interested in a band! or anyone else under Skyline!

I cannot accurately describe how HAPPY it makes me to see positive post about some of my vendors! We have several vendors in common and I cannot express to you how hard it is to plan a wedding long distance. 85% of my vendors are results of this board!
