nassau and queens girls please help

I am looking for a hotel near Floral Terrace and the 2 that they recommended were 15 minutes away. I want to see if I can find something closer. I have no idea what towns are close to floral park besides Garden city. Can you help?

Re: nassau and queens girls please help

jericho terrace is near you - and we are using the garden city hotel for us and the Winngate in for our guests

we thought they were kind of far BUT then we drove it and it was about 5-10 minutes away ( i mean the GCH)

Re: nassau and queens girls please help

They just opened a hotel, Im sorry I forgot the name of it, its one of those popular ones, its brand new on Jamaica Ave and a couple of blocks in of Springfield Blvd in Queens, Floral Terr is like 5-10 min away from there if you go straight down, its on the same road (Jamaica Ave turns into Jericho)

Re: nassau and queens girls please help

those are the 2 that FT gave, but garden city is charging $209 and I feel bad to ask my guests to pay that and they do not offer a shuttle. I will probably do wingate, they quoted me $159 and offer a free shuttle if you book atleast 15 rooms.

It may be Best Western either in Queens Village or Bellerose

Re: nassau and queens girls please help

i know it's kind of late in the game here on this thread, but when i spoke to them not too long ago they told me that they'd offer one round-trip 14-person shuttle for 15 booked rooms. the math on that makes no sense to me. most of those 15 rooms will have 2 people in them, so how will they fit on a 14-person shuttle?

also, fyi, each additional one-way trip is $99.

i may wind up at the wingate because it's so far my fave of the many in the westbury-ish area that i've looked at, but my parents are considering renting a bus or van for our guests, as it may be cheaper. good luck!!
