Who is on Weight Watchers?? I am going back to meetings starting on Wednesday.

I need to lose the weight, I need to reach goal, IT IS TIME!!!

I'll be going back starting next week on Thursday!! I have also purchased a set of 3 lb weights and a new yoga mat to try and do some pilates!! I'm tired of being tired, hating my body, and eating when I'm stressed!! It's time to kick my own butt!!!! Great idea by the way!!

Which meetings do you go to?

I had been going to the Lynbrook WW center ... to the Wednesday 7:15 meetings.

I go to the Carle Place meetings...it's on Glen Cove Road by the mall over there. Too bad we didn't go to the same one!!

I'm going back to WW tomorrow!!! I do it on line though, don't go to meetings!! Last year on WW, I lost a ton of weight....but have slowly been gaining since August

Time to get back on the wagon for the wedding!!!!

I totally know what you mean! Lost close to 30 lbs...but had a death in the family and basically gained it all back! Gotta get back in gear here!

I'm just following a diet plan that is high protien low carbs and i am going to kick my own @ss at the gym. I need to lose 40 lbs in 102 Days 12 Hours 46 Minutes 32 Seconds. It won't happen so i'll be happy with 25!

I started again yesterday. Dinner wasn't too good but I started working out again this week. I want to lose 10-15 more pounds. I already lost 30 (well, probably not anymore when I get weighed in this week

I am starting again on Thursday. I have 20 pounds to loose. WW is the best diet. I always do great on it. To bad I can never stick with it and make it my lifestyle.

Me 2, I always do a low carb, high protein diet also. So hard to stay away from the sweets

I am going to start at WW in Lynbrook in the next week or two. I have heard nothing but great things about it. My dad is going with me and doing it with me since his doctor told him he needs to drop some weight. For now I have started going to a park by my house and walking everyday.

i dont go to meetings, but i'm a life time member who just feel off track. i started the program again today. my goal is to lose 10 pounds by my day (march 3rd) and then another 10 by the wedding (august).

I have been on WW since October and am down 25 lbs (prob more like 20 after the holidays). I am looking to lose another 25 before the wedding.

I go to meetings in Lynbrook on Tuesdays at 5:30.
