Ouch! I hurt! (Question for runners...)
So, in addition to my curves workout, i decided to add running once or twice a week... well, yesterday was the first time, and my thighs are KILLING me...I did streach afterwards, but I'm wondering if any runners have any streaches that really work for them. Thanks!

I go through on and off running periods...and whenever I start up again, I'm extremely sore for say my first three runs, and then I'm fine.

i don't have any stretches in particular, but the more you run the less sore you'll be afterward. also make sure to do a proper cooldown. that might help.

I don't get sore too much from running anymore...but when I go an extra mile or go faster my legs can ache for a day or so Advil or Aleve usually helps.

Wow, I guess I must be doing something wrong. I don't have pain, after running on a tread. I will have to work harder. I always feel a sensation of heat from my feet and legs which usually is itchy? My blood must be trying to circulate.

is it more your upper thigh?
Is so that's your hip flexors, my often get so tight when I run.
A great stretch is: standing or in a chair.
extend one leg straight back, other leg bent. Push the straight leg's hip foward causing a strentch through the flexor.
Another good one.
Standing
cross one foot/leg over otherm then lean towards the foot that crossed over. That'll stretch down the outer part of side and hip
ohh, thank you thank you! It was mostly my upper thighs... they were KILLING me. oy.
