paper-source.com invitation sashes

What material are they? Are they regular paper, just pre cut to the right size? Or are they a softer material, so you don't have to crease them when wrapping them around the invite?

Re: paper-source.com invitation sashes

the ones that I brought were precut and of heavier paper... I had to crease them.

Re: paper-source.com invitation sashes

hey, your invite design is so cool.

I bought the paper in sheets from paper-source and cut them to size myself. I used regular weight paper and they have held up well. hope that helps.

Re: paper-source.com invitation sashes

You ladies are life savers!!!
Thanks!
One question- if I am using the regular paper as a sash, hidden behind the page with the wording, what weight paper should I use for the invite? And what weight for the brown backing page? I want to order on line, and it seems most cardstock is #80, is that thick enough?
TIA!

and to clarify I bought the sash paper in sheets that were 19 1/2' x 27' & 60# txt.

as for the invite page if you are putting it on a backing then I think regular 'text weight' paper is perfect. And EASIER for printing purposes.

If the backing is #80 that is the standard and will be perfect.

eta - overuse of the word 'perfect'. get me a thesaurus.
