re: caketopper, my letter to vendor...is this ok?
i'm sorry but its just not working out. even my mom thinks it looks nothing like me. everything else is perfect. joe is perfect, my dress my flowers are perfect...but that head no matter what changes u have made just doesn't look like me. my nose is smaller, my cheekbones are higher and profound and my eyes are big, my head is small and slightly oval but not as long. my lips are more of a light to medium brown and thats the color lipstick i always wear...something about that shade of lip color throws it off. jaw line is much thinner (from ears to chin should be thinner). forhead is too big. maybe drop down the hair line. and also, with the hair...because it is pulled back it gives the character a mannish look...i don't know if there is a way to soften that...but i'd even settle for the hair being down if it would make it easier to get this done.

Re: re: caketopper, my letter to vendor...is this ok?
i know...i feel bad for them because i know it must not be easy to go back and keep changing...but at the same time...with less than 4 months the last thing i need is to be stressing a cake topper. it's upsetting me because this is the one thing i've struggled with as far as the wedding is concerned with a back and forth communication...everything else has been easygoing. so to have my most difficult transaction be a cake topper...its frustrating

aww well i don't want to down them because honestly they keep going back and trying...if they don't make the changes to satisfy me then i'll certainly post about it...but if they just make the changes and give me a product i can display proudly...i will still give them a great review...however challenging this transaction was.

Re: re: caketopper, my letter to vendor...is this ok?
maybe you should send them another profile picture..the ones you sent can throw them off a bit.
like the bottom one your looking to the side.. and the 1st one is too angled..
try taking a nice front picture and send it to them

Re: re: caketopper, my letter to vendor...is this ok?
if you tell them to drop your hairline they will squish your head. I think your forehead is fine.. just maybe make the hair alittle more natural looking/..

I just looked at the post with the pics of the caketopper and youre right it doesnt look anything like you. Definitely send this letter and either get them to redo it again or use someone else.

I would spell check the letter and write out all words (you for u) and also capitalize. Just to make it look professional. Good luck!!!Welcome New Vendors
