Reception Hall - Eastwind

Hi Ladies: I am so excited about my wedding in approx. 4 months! UGH! Anyway, I know some of you are looking for a nice place for a recepiton in the summer/spring or fall even. Here is the website to Eastwind. They have new pictures. There is the estate in the back and the Country Gardens in the front. I picked the Country Garden because it has waterfalls, a bridge that they decorate, etc. It's quaint and laid back, which is what we wanted. These pictures do not do much justice because the flowers aren't really showing. You have to see it in person in the Spring to really appreciate the beauty of their gardens. Very inexpensive too! I'm paying 39.95 a person for a friday afternoon, Memorial Day Weekend for a buffet. Several people I work with have been there and rave about the food and especially the cocktail hour. Check it out and good luck!!!!

Looking for dresses can drive you insane! I also had to decide between a traditional wedding dress with lace, and a modern, summery and elegant dress. I kept wishing I could buy all 5 dresses I fell in love with, and change every hour. But at some point you just decide, and then go with that look. Good luck!

Reception Hall - Eastwind

I am having my reception at The Estate in May 2000. Please let me know if you have heard of any problems situations related to this hall. Also, please let me know about anything that you would reccomed there. Thanks.

We saw Dante at the expo the other night and they definitely had a nice selection. Also, the guy at the booth was very helpful, We went down today and booked our tuxes for July and were able to try tuxes on in the store.

I wish you all the best (its not easy, i know). Let me know how you make out. :)
