Repost from 06 - warning re: marriage certificate

Hi ladies - Another bride posted a similar warning previously. The rabbi wasn't familiar with the city Marriage License form and filled it out wrong. Luckily, DH was able to go down today and get it fixed. However, I just wanted to let you ladies know that you might want to look carefully at the marriage license when you get it, and when you sign it on the day, and the witnesses sign, to carefully watch to see that it is done correctly, b/c its a real PITA to fix. HTH!
