signature drink ideas...

Hey gals-

Would like to make a drink, but was wondering could share their drink ideas- and for advertising- did you just have a menu on the bar, or one at each table or both?

I want to have a Mojito but my hall says it has to be a frozen drink. Anyone ever have a frozen mojito before?

i am thinking the 'americano'
1 oz Marezzo Rossi
1oz campari
Club Soda
in a wine glass or high ball

OR

Stars and Stripes

1 part grenadine
1 part blue curacao
1 part light cream
decorated with a star fruit

I do not want to do a HUGE 4th of july theme, but i thought the sig drink would be a small nice touch!

We're doing...Putting 2 menus up at the bar.

Something Old: Dirty Martini

Something New: ---not sure yet---

Something Borrowed: Calvados 75 (My favorite drink at Milk & Honey, it's calvados with champagne)

Something Blue: Blue Hawaii
