simple ceremony program

Does anyone have an example of their program wording? We're having a simple ceremony (no unity candle, not catholic) with readings, and have no idea what goes on the program besides the bridal party info. Thanks!

I'm making my own programs and this is what it will look like. (decribed because I don't have a pic yet)
The front: A pic of a calla and over in writting will say'Damon & Michelle
April 17th 2004
Ss. Cyril & Methodius

The 1st page: Parents, people in party
The 2nd & 3rd page: Readings Palms Rite of Marriage ( exchange of vows, blessing of rings ect.
The last page: A thank you to everyone who came and our new address. (hopefully we will have one)
and a memory prayer for those who have passed
The back will be a funny picture
