So whats everyone using for when you walk outside the church,,

So many different things,,

Im doing Balloons

We're not doing anything. FH doesn't like the idea of people throwing things at us. He's afraid that his friends would cause trouble.

We were going to do bubbles, but then bubbles can ruin a satin dress if anything spills on me or falls on my dress as I walk out. I didn't want to take that chance, so we're going to use rose petals.

No church for me, but I am planning on doing rose petals. I LOVE the way it looks like in pictures I have seen from past brides.

Same here....his friends can be bad news when it comes to normally harmless things

I bought eco-fetti. The church didn't want anything but I figure how can you complain with somthing that will blow away and dissolve in water? Plus I figure it can't get stuck in my hair! If I could do anything I think petals look the prettiest.

My old boss used the butterflies and they were just scary, kind of almost dead flopping around the ground. I guess none of them had the strength to fly after being cooped up in a box for who knows how long!

We did rose petals. But a few people beamed us with rice.

There is an old thread here that talked about balloons being dangerous to the birds I believe.

We aren't doing anything, our church doesn't allow anything to be thrown.

No church and originally I wanted to release balloons but the park won't allow it. So we will probably just exit under a lightsaber arch!

i cant do rose petals some kind ins thing with chruch , i luv the balloons,, dont know about birds though,, there is so much junk in air how can ballons hurt em,, lol

My church wont allow petals or rice.
So I am doing wedding rice .. I thought it was a nice idea.

We are using bubbles. We are not allowed to throw petals or rice and I like the look of bubbles
