The Woodbury Country Club

Has anyone got married or is getting married at the Woodbury Country Club? My fiancee and I were talking and are trying to figure out how we can take pictures there before the ceremony. We were told that we could not because there would be another wedding there before ours. (We're getting married in the evening.) But when we started talking about it, we realized that the afternoon wedding has to leave a couple of hours before ours starts so that the country club can clean up, etc. So, we were wondering if anybody knows anything about their procedures for arriving early. We're going to call them tomorrow, but we wanted to know if anybody had any experience with that. Thank you.

I think the key for our families is that they want pictures, but they don't necessarily have to be in the expensive, heavy bound album.

I got married there in May. Originally they had told me that I could not take any pictures on the grounds until 6 pm, since that was when the wedding ended in the lower room. But we actually had to arrive a little early at 5:30. We waited in the lobby for about 5 or 10 min then we were allowed to take pictures near the gazebo area on the side. Once 6pm arrived, we could go wherever we wanted. I think their whole purpose with this is that they want the brides not to have contact with other weddings.

By the way the place is great and very accomodating. I am sure you will have a great wedding!
