transportation for OOT guests

I know a topic like this was posted recently, but I can't find it...

we want to provide transportation for our OOT guests from the hotel to the RH and back. We have been calling places, but so far the only one we can afford is a taxi company.

Has anyone else found someone reasonably priced? Please help asap, wedding is next weekend!

what quotes have you gotten so far? you can probably get a shuttle bus for the guests.

we're staying at the wingate hotel and our hotel provides shuttle service but the manager said that she may be able to get us shuttle service at about 80-100 bucks for a 14 - seat van.

if you tha'ts in your price range i can probably find out the info of the shuttle service for you.

We've been quoted anywhere from $400-1000. We're hoping for something in the $400-500 range, but of course wouldn't mind paying less! We have about 22 people to find transportation for. Is your hotel in Nassau? We're in Suffolk, so I'm not sure if the info would help, but if you wouldn't mind sharing, I'd appreciate it! Thanks!!!

That's OUTRAGEOUS! Sorry but are they providing champagne and caviar on this trip 'cus that's expensive! How long is the trip anyway?

Serenity Limos quoted me a Per Person fee. I thought that was more reasonable. We had 37 people I think, so we went with several limos.

do they havea super shuttle around? not very elegant, but fairly cheap. look for airport shuttle companies, they may be able to work something out for cheap b/c they don't usually do weddings. anything that has the word 'wedding' attached to it is way overpriced.

700-1k is what we got! i totally cant swing that!!

are you having a limo comp? they may be cheaper for a van...once you say bus thats where the $$ adds up!!!

We are paying $800 for a 35 passenger bus. It's pretty basic but it is all day and we don't have to worry about people driving.
