Ughhhh- So annoyed- NWR

I have been on hold with PC RICHARDS 'customer service' for 25 minutes!!! This is insane. My FMIL bought FH and I a fridge. It was delivered in Oct. to our new apt. We've never used it. We don't even live in the apt. and the freezer doesn't work. It's BRAND NEW!!

So I call and speak with a rep. She tells me that she can have someone come by Thurs, Fri, or Monday- that I would get a call in the AM to let me know what time someone would be coming by. I'm like can't do that. Umm I work! So she is like, we can give you a sat. appt., but my computer only schedules two weeks in advance. I was like can I speak with a supervisor please- this is NOT service. She tells me to call back in two weeks and MAYBE if there is something avail., I'll be able to schedule. WHAT???

So I am on hold now for 28 minutes---

You would probably be better off returning it. Just call them to pick it up and get your money back. Go buy it from someplace else.

I don't think this would work. They said that the return policy is only for two weeks after the purchase date.. which we are way passed.

1. Many credit cards, but for sure AMEX, will expand the warranty on the purchase.
2. Call your cc company immediately and inform them of the following.
a. purchase date
b. purchase price
c. purchase location
d. names of all you have spoken to in cust service (GET THESE and keep record of when you spoke to whom)
they will be able to assist you -- this is inaccepotible, they delivered a broken item -- that is WHY you use a cc for the protection.
